I met Ana Lou at my past YTT in Bali and had her as my main Teacher, where she kept surprising me with how kind and strong one person can be all at the same time. When Ana Lou used to stand in front of the class room you could feel her sheer presence in every single corner of the whole room! She has this amazing beautiful soft energy that lifts you up by just being in her presence. What was most important to me was that Ana Lou thought how to be balanced in myself, she is the perfect example for a well balanced person, I have never met anyone that is so soft and kind but also so strong and passionate! Ana Lou is the best Yoga Teacher I had so far, she has a wonderful way of teaching, a always listening ear and caring shoulder for her students. If you are thinking of taking part in a YTT and becoming a Yoga Instructor I highly suggest you Pranaluz YTT, starting of your Yoga Journey with Ana is the best thing you can do! - Maya Grella, Austria
- Pouria Montazeri, U.S.A
Ana Lucia moves through her life with an open heart. She is a gift to us all. She teaches from experience with much love and tenderness.

”Analou is the single most beautiful and unique yoga teacher I have ever had the honour to practice with. Her way of inspiring people is genuine and pure – which is exactly what you want embarking on your own journey within the mesmerizing world of yoga. Analou will guide you with love and compassion, even through the rough times she will bring the light back within you.”
” Jono will provide you with a greater understanding of both the physical and psychological body. He is able to build a bridge between the spiritual- and scientifically world one like no other. You will not only learn about the importance of knowing the human body to be a good yoga teacher, but also understand your own body on a deeper level. He is extremely knowledgeable, and his stories will amaze and inspire you. “
Analu introduced me to the beautiful gift of Kirtan; a great way to connect with yourself. Ever since then, I have been missing those Kirtans with her.- Denise Smith- Germany
Analu is an exceptional yoga teacher. She will patiently and graciously impart her knowledge and experience, and holds an immense passion both for yoga itself and also for the growth and well-being of her students. It is hard to put into words how much we flourished during the 200 hour TT. I always looked forward to her classes knowing there was something new she would teach me. I still carry her lessons with me today, 18 months later.
Analu is an incredible yoga teacher. I’ve learnt so much more with her than I ever expected. Her passion for yoga and for the most ancient Buddhism and Hinduism teachings is contagious. Analu has the ability to guide you through your own yoga journey with an open heart, feeling supported and confident that you will grow, at your own pace.
