  • KLEA SCHIMDT (GERMANY)

Klea started generating physical awareness by dancing ballet for 15 years. During her studies of Medicine in Cologne she started practicing Yoga rather focusing on the physical part. But quickly she discovered that there is a whole other world within Yoga than just the small part of Asana practice. Working as a doctor she became aware that instead of always searching for another way to challenge your body, the calmness of your mind is even more important and what empowers you to face stress and controlling it by finding ways inside of the yogic philosophy that helped her to step back and protect her inside through insight. Since 2017 she also worked as a mental trainer using hypnosis on her patients who suffered from anxiety and self-esteem issues.

With the pandemic in times of insecurity and when working hours and hours got even more challenging she decided to learn more about Yoga, pranayama and meditation. She started her 200hrs YTT over 9 month in Cologne. Shortly after having finished she committed herself to participate the 300hrs YTT in Costa Rica with Pranaluz.

Another huge passion for Klea is music. She started playing the flute, the piano and singing when she was 4. For almost 5 years she plays in a band with her boyfriend who’s a professional guitar player. They started playing street music and continued playing at weddings, birthdays, bars and other occasions.

Her love for music and Yoga is what empowers her and gives her serenity and the strength to manage all the tiny exercises life brings to you.

  • Sari Einy Brody ( U.S.A)

Sari is the creator of WholeSum Being, a wholistic approach, providing guidance to enhance one’s physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. The approach utilizes yoga, breath-work, mindfulness, coaching and other self-exploration tools to promote well-being.

Sari first discovered yoga as an outlet for decompressing from her stressful workload, which required her undivided attention and commitment. She started practicing Bikram Hot Yoga, and later ventured into Vinyasa.

Ten years after practicing regularly, as yoga became her passion and the yoga community her second family, Sari was ready to deepen her practice. In 2017, during her new role as the Global head of Leadership and Diversity, which included frequent transatlantic travel, she ventured into Goa, India to get her 200-hr. vinyasa yoga teacher certification. It was a life altering experience, which shifted her perspective and added a new dimension to her life and to her work with human-rights and equality. Once certified, Sari began incorporating yoga classes into her diversity & inclusion workshops and leadership development retreats, exposing leaders to the physical, emotional, and spiritual benefits of yoga.

As her passion for yoga grew and she was ready for a career shift, Sari enrolled in a 300-hr. yoga teacher training in Costa Rica. Being a lifelong learner, Sari continued her yoga education beyond the 500-hr. certification, receiving Yin Yoga, Self-Myofascial-Release (SMR), Hot Power Fusion, and Yoga Nidra certifications.

Sari’s approach to yoga includes a balance between strength and flexibility, with a focus on safety and alignment, and a mission to cultivate mindfulness.

Sari currently consults corporations on shaping an inclusive culture, facilitates workshops, including Yin and Myofascial release workshops, and teaches Vinyasa, Yin, Vin-Yin, and Hot Power Fusion in five different yoga studios across San Diego.
