Our 200h Costa Rica Teacher Training Graduates

PAVONES, COSTA RICA NOV-DEC 2022

  • Rachel Lalli (U.S.A)

Hi I am Rachel and I am from Boston, Massachusetts. Yoga came into my life about 5 years ago after graduating college. I had been an athlete for most of my life and knew that I needed to continue to bring movement into my day to day. After moving to the island of Martha's Vineyard and working for Lululemon I was encouraged to pursue my love and appreciation for all that yoga brought me. From the physical benefits to the mental health benefits, yoga became an essential tool in my daily life. Through yoga I have been able to better manage stress and anxiety while diving deeper into self realization and inner peace. Grateful to Pranaluz for everything I learned in my 200hr Teacher Training and I am so excited to be able to share the gift of yoga with the world! Much love, Rachel

  • Nicole Zehnder (Switzerland)

Born and raised in Switzerland, Nicole has always been a very energetic and active being. Travelling the world, getting to know all kind of different people with their traditions and culture and getting in touch with new things, is a very important aspect in Nicole`s life. There is just so much to learn and to do on this beautiful planet. Thus, Nicole has tried many different things and pursues lots of different passions.

A creative touch and the love for music have been accompanying Nicole for her whole life. Finding joy while singing with her A-Capella group or playing the Piano or Ukulele and singing along to it brings a certain peace of mind. Exercising different practices such as Kung Fu, Qi Gong, Tai Chi, Pole Dance and others certainly helped to develop a certain body awareness. The love for nature with all its beautiful elements often calls her to visit the mountains for hiking adventures or enjoying the wind in the hair while kitesurfing on the water.

Having successfully completed the BSc in International Management, Nicole is currently working at the airport in a leading position. Also, she has built her own business as a wedding and event planner. Certain hobbies such as scuba diving and yoga are the perfect practices to calm the mind and find peace in the moment. A great contrast to the fast-moving society and hectic business life.

In November 2022, Nicole decided to delve deeper and increase her Yogi practices and took part in the 200 YTT program in Pavones, Costa Rica with PRANALUZ Conscious Living. So much knowledge has been passed down that will be further integrated into Nicole`s day to day life and her path as a Yoga teacher and spiritual being. Furthermore, Nicole just started her second studies to complete a Bachelor`s degree in Psychology. Being a lifelong student, the journey does not end here and exchanging experiences is highly appreciated. Get in touch via Insta or via homepage – looking forward to be hearing from you!

  • Aleksandra Kotousova ( Russia)

Aleksandra is a Russian-born student, now resident in France.

She clearly remembers her first yoga class when she was 16 years old. It was then that she told herself "this is something bigger than just a physical activity, this will be my life-time exploration". Throughout the years she kept practicing, discovering the various layers of what yoga can offer. What she enjoys the most is how she feels after each class. No matter what happens in her life, yoga is the pillar she can rely on to get centered.

The Teacher Training program in 2022 with Pranaluz has been a culmination of her long-time dream and eagerness to share the wisdom of yoga with others.

She is currently working on a corporate job in Paris and teaches in a small circle which she hopes to grow over-time.

Please do not hesitate to contact her and connect via Instagram: @sashakotous.

  • Alisa Eichinger (GERMANY)

Alisa grew up in a small town in the south of Germany near the beautiful alps. She now lives in Berlin and loves the balance between the bigcitylife and recharging energy in nature. Her yoga practise perfectly supports her by creating that balance in life.

Pranaluz YTT was the best thing to improve all aspects and parts of the yogi way of living. With love and an open heart, she shares that bliss with others in yoga classes in Berlin.

As a nutrition scientist, physiotherapist, and osteopath in training she can lead you on a safe and anatomically agreeable way through your yoga practice.

  • Laura Berenice Hölz (Germany)

Hi I am Laura and I am from Germany!

I love traveling and my absolute passion are languages and getting to know people and cultures from all over the world. That´s why it was clear for me that if I would do a YTT then it would be abroad. All my life the sound of other languages was fascinating for me and I always wanted to learn more. When I first travelled to Costa Rica I was only 18 years old but right after my arrival I knew that this experience would change my life. Since then Costa Rica didn´t let go of me J For me yoga is a new language just like Spanish was some years ago. Yoga is the language of the body and the soul finding a connection. Living in the jungle for three weeks, being able to learn this language and finding a reconnection to myself was an inexplicable adventure. I can barely put into words how enriching this practical experience was. I am beyond grateful to Analu for guiding me and so many other souls through this whole cosmos of yoga and giving us a glance of what is yet to come.

    Much love, Laura
