This program is good for
For 200 hr certified teachers who want to take their education to the next level. *Teachers are not required to take the art of teaching module ( where how to teach and basic asana alignment is taught), yet it's available for them.
People who want to take their yoga certification, and become a certified instructor can apply but will require to take in addition an ART OF TEACHING classes.
A basic level of experience in meditation is required.
The 3 - 100 hr trainings combine together as 300 hr making you eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as a RYT 500 if you already have your 200 hrs Yoga Alliance YTT , or a 300 hr certified instructor.
Students with injuries and health issues are encouraged to attend the course as all of our teachers are therapists and will focus on Yoga Therapeutics and Injuries.
Our Asana focus is based on traditional Hatha Yoga, (Yin & Yang) and Vinyasa.
We offer additional focus to the science of yoga but more from Buddhist-lineage approach, with in-depth meditation practices and a stronger core of yoga's spiritual aspects.

Ana Lu is native of Costa Rica, a musician and a yoga instructor graduated from Nosara Yoga Institute in Costa Rica where she received her 500hrs certification in 2009-2010. She has also trained in Aerial Yoga in Boulder, Colorado, U.S.A. and deepened her Yoga studies in India and the west with diverse teachers focusing mainly on Iyengar and Hatha. She currently teaches YTT 200 and 300 hour YTT programs in Bali.
Coming from a musician family, she has been playing piano, guitar and singing since early age. She currently practices bhakti yoga through devotional mantra chanting, kirtan and bhajans. She plays harmonium, guitar and sings.
She is the founder of Pranaluz: Conscious Living- offering classes, workshops, coaching, retreats and conscious yoga travel vacations in diverse parts of the world like Bali, India, Costa Rica, Guatemala and other exotic and sacred destinations.
Analu has an MBA from Costa Rica and a Masters in Environmental Leadership from Naropa University (a Buddhist inspired university) located in Boulder, Colorado, U.S.A.; where she also had the opportunity to deepen her spiritual practice in meditation, mindfulness and Tibetan Buddhism. She has dedicated the last decade of her life to studying self-inquiry through Advaita Vedanta and Buddhism.

Pablo has a unique combination of knowledge and skills. In Yoga he is an expert in dynamic yoga, yoga therapy, anatomy and adjustments and he has a deep understanding of yoga philosophy. He is also one of the top yoga wall trainers worldwide and one of the few trainers authorized by Larry Schultz to teach Rocket Trainings. He studied in India with Sharat Arora and M.S. Viswanath, fondly known as Masterji. He is a posture expert, has a sports background, has being winner in martial arts competitions, studying anatomy since age 14. Now he is also a Certified Personal Trainer and has a Sports Nutrition and Weight Management Certification. He uses this knowledge to coach his clients into transforming their life and achieving their goals. He is an Advanced Rolfing Structural Integration Therapist that has been mentored by some of the best rolfers alive such as Dr. Peter Schwind. In his practice he is extremely effective and his level of expertise has taken him around the world, giving sessions, education, workshops and courses. Pablo developed a system Therapeutic Alignment Vinyasa (TAV) to teach yoga that not only include the original teachings from Krishnamacharya and the Heart of Yoga, but also integrate principles for posture and movement to make the practice intelligent and effective. Manu was born and raised in Costa Rica. He graduated from the School of Psychology at the Universidad de Costa Rica, and received his Master’s degree in Somatic Psychology from Naropa University, a Buddhist inspired university in Boulder, Colorado, where he currently resides with his wife and dog. Passionate about the intersections between body and mind from a psychological perspective, Manu focuses on this functional unity of the mindbody, which is grounded on the premise that what happens in the mind reflects in the body, and vice versa. Manu bases his approach on neuroscience and mindfulness to guide clients towards developing the capacity to better observe themselves, and the interactions of their mindbody; in order to focus, heal, and grow as an integral human being moving towards that which is most fundamental, inspiring, and powerful in their lives. DC Leiro or Shivananda, is originally from Norway, but he has lived most of his life in Asia, particularly in Bali, He started studying Vedic texts as a young teenager in Norway. Driven by a deeper thirst for Indian philosophy and yoga, he moved to the United States in his early twenties to study Ayurveda with Dr. Vasant Lad at the Ayurvedic Institute. It was there he met Hart de Fouw (2000) who later became his Jyotish teacher for over a decade. The last 4 years DC has been a student under Pandit Sanjat Rath from a traditiona family linegae of astrologers from Puri, Orissa. DC Leiro bridges his western upbringing and the doctrine of Indian philosophy, to offer a unique approach to deliver chart readings with his inspections.

She is a native of South India where she received formal training in yoga, meditation, Sanskrit, and Hindu religious and spiritual traditions. As a retired faculty member in Yoga Studies at Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado, Sreedevi offers invited classes and workshops at yoga festivals , YTT courses, and yoga centers on topics such as yoga nidra meditation, Bhagavad Gita, Yoga Sutras, Sacred Sanskrit for spiritual practice, yoga philosophy, Goddess traditions of India, Shiva-Shakti Tantra and sacred Indian texts. She has been co-teaching a course for the online Hanuman Academy on the “Five Elements of Yoga”, and has presented for a few years at the Hanuman Festival, Moksha Festival, and at the Grand Valley Yoga Festival. She has also participated in several interviews and inter-faith panel discussions on yoga-related topics through the Shambhala Mountain Center, Naropa University, the Legacy Foundation, and other spiritual /religious organizations and venues. With graduate degrees in Chemistry, Atmospheric sciences, and Environmental Education, Sreedevi likes to infuse scientific perspectives into ancient Vedanta-Yoga-Tantra teachings and practices. Her prior teaching careers in Chemistry and Science Education have been at the public school, community college and university levels in Fort Collins, Colorado. In a newly published textbook entitled, “Beacons of Dharma”, Sreedevi has written an invited chapter about Amma, the charismatic ‘hugging saint’ of India, including the 3 paths of yoga, and the shakti principle.
Claudia Gallo- Costa Rica

Originally from San Jose, Costa Rica, Claudia has spent the last ten years of her life travelling and working around the world. She did her first 200 hrs Teacher training in India at Himalaya Yoga Valley in 2011 and her 300 hrs was completed in 2017 in New York at Yoga Works. She has deepened her practice traveling around Southeast Asia and USA taking workshops and other trainings constantly. She has been a full- time yoga teacher for the past 4-5 years. Laura Borel- Switzerland/Chile
Laura is half Swiss and Chilean, Laura was born in Ibadan, Nigeria. At an early age she arrived in Costa Rica where she spent her youth and adolescence. From a young age she was always interested in meditative practices. Which led her to belong to meditation groups and to study the Kabala. In 2007 he began practicing Vinyassa yoga. In 2009 she moved to Europe to pursue a master's degree in Adult Education and community development, which allowed her to learn about the practice of Kundalini Yoga and practice it intensively since 2011. During that time she discovered her motivation to help others, and for this Reiki learned Reiki and completed levels I and II. In 2012 she decided to take the 2-year training program to become a Kundalini Yoga teacher, and she studied and obtained the certificate endorsed by “International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association” of the international program “The Aquarius Teacher” of KRI (Kundalini Research Institute ). In 2012, parallel to the Kundalini Yoga studies, she learned the Sat Nam Rasayan healing technique, obtaining the first level certification and starting the first year of the second level.

Megan is a 500 Hr Registered Yoga Teacher who’s eclectic style of movement play is multifaceted and designed to support your unique journey. Equipped with over 600 hours of training with professionals from the Himilayan Mountains of India to the Jungles of Costa Rica, Megan is eager to share with you her learning in yoga, movement, mindfulness and meditation practices. Carolina Baeza- Chile & Siddharta - India
SIDDHARTHA: He lives immersed in the culture of India where both Yoga and Ayurveda Medicine are lived in a very natural way as part of the healthy habits and daily life of people, in his life a great inspiration and teacher was his paternal grandmother, who He taught him about natural health, which he incorporated into his life as a child. He began practicing athletics from an early age, obtaining excellence in the competitions he participated, also practicing Yoga for 16 years, mainly Iyengar and Hatha. He was the founder of The Circuit CrossFit training center and later together with other instructors created a Yoga residence called Prakriti in the city of Ahmedabad. He has 10 years of experience as an instructor - coach for different athletes, and also works with people who are interested in improving their physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health, especially giving recovery therapy to older adults with mobility problems, among others. After doing my 300 hour YTT with Pranaluz in Bali I found that I not only grew into a stronger, more confident teacher but also as a person. How can I get a refund?
Your deposit is Non refundable. However we are happy to refund the remaining balance of this retreat in accordance to our terms and conditions form. ( varies from retreat to retreat). Please inquiry more about the amount reimbursed by writing to: firstname.lastname@example.org . DEPOSIT is transferable to any of our next training programs.
What happens next?
As you book your retreat you will receive a confirmation and Welcome Package document and the course curriculum. You will also be given a login to access the material later on and incorporated into the training group platforms.

How often do you ran this course?
We do it two times a year, one in Bali, Indonesia ( Aug-Sep), and one in Costa Rica ( March-April). Due to COVID- we are running it online now, next available online course is January 2021 (but is dependent on Yoga Alliance allowing more online trainings). Currently Online trainings are allowed if scheduled until the end of year.
How long do I have access to the course?
Your teaching material will be available for you: any videos, reading material, the manual provided and any lectures provided during the course.
