This training is life-changing. Analu is a world-class instructor who has a remarkable ability to break down complex spiritual teachings in a digestible, captivating way. She makes her teachings unique to YOU and what will make the concepts click in your brain and in your heart. In addition to thought-provoking lectures, our days were filled with adventure, connection, and time for introspection. And not to mention the delicious fresh food. I did not have a meal in the 5+ weeks that I didn’t thoroughly love. This training left my mind, body and spirit nourished. I felt supported by Analu every step of the way, from planning the trip, to making it home and every moment in between. I could not recommend the training, and more specifically an instructor more. <3 I carry the memories and learnings with me every day.

Hi, my name is Zhyldyz Samudinova from Kyrgyzstan. I met yoga in 2019 and found my best friend for life. I am grateful and blessed. I knew I need more knowledge about my best friend ✌️😉🧡and I was attracted 300hr yoga training through Pranaluz, this was the best choice of my life. I highly recommend Pranaluz to everyone who wants to deepen knowledge in yoga and practice, and be healthy and happy. During this precious 5 weeks training, we did covered detailed explanation of philosophy yamas & niyamas, anatomy, asanas, adjustments, breathing and meditation, and ayurveda. Also how to work with different clientail and bodies in studio or in private. Sunshines forget to mention about events like Kirtan, Full Moon Ceremony and Mantras made this training more unique. This training change my life , not only be the best yoga instructor but also learning more about “Me”. After this training I will say that this is just a start of my new beginning 🧡🧡🧡 Namaste

Llevar mi training de Yoga fue una de las mejores dicisiones de mi vida, tuve miedo de que fuera una escuela que solo quisiera vender o que se concentrara solo en posturas y lo que conocemos en occidente, por el contrario me sentí bien recibida con las puertas abiertas, con la oportunidad de poder pagar de forma más flexible y con contenido sumamente valioso. I did my 300YTT with Pranaluz in Bali and it was an amazing experience both physically and spiritually. I loved most of the lectures, the program was really well-tailored, filling up all the areas that you would need to know as a yoga teacher.
