    Hey, I’m Stephanie, and I am currently living and teaching yoga just north of London, the UK. I also run workshops dedicated to the Goddess, the divine feminine, where we learn to love our planet and nurture ourselves (a much-needed practice in this hectic world). I completed my 200 Hours with The Peaceful Warriors in Canggu, Bali, in November 2018 where I met Analu and Jono and quickly decided to do my 300 hour in Costa Rica with Pranaluz just a few months later. I have always been aware of yoga, having a grandmother and uncle who are both yoga teachers, but I found my own practice around 7 years ago. I am now building a career teaching yoga, having left my work in mental health services mid- 2018. I hope to support peoples’ mental health through yoga, and I advocate self-love and kindness as a tool for healing. I teach Hatha and Vinyasa Flow, as well as Yin and meditation.     Hi, my name is Therese. I teach yoga in Sweden, Stockholm. When I took the 300hr YTT with Pranaluz I was still living in New York since 5 years back. That’s where I started teaching private classes from my apartment in Brooklyn.

    Since I moved to Sweden 2018 I have been teaching in different studios @atmajyotiyoga and @satssverige @yogashalastockholm @downtowncamper .

    I come from a background as a dancer and musical theatre artist and found yoga when I moved to NY 2013. Later the experience working extra as a waitress in Brooklyn saving up to my first teacher training, gave me the role as a Manager in a restaurant in Manhattan as well as in Montauk. Which took me to where I am today in my role as Wellness & Lifestyle Manager at Downtown Camper by Scandic, a hotel in central Stockholm. There, together with the other studios where I am still teaching, I am in charge of our SPA and our activities and teach yoga for our hotel guests as well as holding space & teaching donation based classes for Warrior Yoga (@warrior.yoga) who I am volunteering for. Donations go to take out yoga to the suburban and especially for traumatized women.

    I teach most of all Hatha Flow & Vinyasa Flow, sometimes also Yoga Nidra & Yin Yoga. My experience with Pranaluz has given me among all the knowledge also a deeper understanding for spirituality which I am forever grateful for. The background I have as a dancer shows in my classes as I give space to move more freely.

    When you come to a yoga class with me, I want to give you space & time to recognize where you are at in your life. Connecting with your authentic Self, your physical body as well as your emotional & “mind body”.

    There is so much more to yoga then only the postures and performance. I want to encourage joy & ease. To allow yourself to feel, whatever needs to be felt. Using the Asana together with the breath as tools to empower us.

    My wish is for you to create courage & strength in my class. Daring to face what ever is. Allowing yourself to be all parts of you. Moving in flow to create energy. Stoping to find stillness and for self love to grow.

    Hi, my name is Rachael. I live in the south of Spain and teach both in person and live, online classes, continued education for yoga teachers and one-one-one sessions. My class style is a Mindful Power Vinyasa. In my classes we focus on the journey of building a relationship with ourselves and our bodies through the tools that yoga offers. We build physical, mental and emotional strength and flexibility through the lens of building a loving and respectful relationship with ourselves.

    The courses I offer for yoga teachers focus on understanding the spiritual yogic practises from a scientific perspective. By doing this we both bring these practises to the mindset of the Western world in terms that are more familiar and, as teachers we can have an in depth understanding of which methods to use, when and why. Yogic practises are powerful and often, misunderstood. By introducing our clients to the neurological and biological changes happening in their brains and bodies when practising yoga, we not only offer them greater insight but, a more tangible drive to be consistent with their practise.

    As a Greek German soul with a spirit of adventure, Irini´s identity was never based on one thing. She´s a photographer, yoga teacher, waterwoman, ceramic artist, little shaman, surfer, writer, daughter, sister, friend and nature lover. We are what we live for and thats the message she wants to share through her work. As a 550 hrs YTT qualified Yoga Alliance member, Irini received her teachings with Pranaluz in Costa Rica and in India and Germany. During long journeys around Africa and South America, she gained more experience in yoga and healing rituals.
