  • INES MADEIRA (PORTUGAL)

Inês is a portuguese civil engineer and yoga teacher. She started practicing yoga 3 years ago in a small studio when she moved back into her hometown, as a way of improving her physical condition and to try to manage the mental stress and pressure her job put her at - she then discovered this was the only place the cellphone was not around ringing. As time went by, she dived in a more profound way on the practice and got really fascinated, because she began to experience huge changes in her body and mind.

In 2021, she completed her 300H YTT with Pranaluz, and is starting to take the first steps with her classes, having always in mind the values of kindness, presence, truth, and above all, love. If you want to take a peak you can follow her on @minesmadeira and soon on @moonsheeyoga, that is being thought and created with all her heart.

  • GEORGE CLEMENTS (USA)

George is a musician, writer, and performer from New England. He first discovered Yoga while living in NYC over ten years ago and fell in love with the discipline. He became interested in Eastern philosophy early on with the writings of Paramahansa Yogananda and J. Krishnamurti, eventually leading him to explore the Buddhist teachings and participate in Vipassana meditation courses. While on the road traveling and performing, Yoga has been a crucial practice to maintain physical and mental balance within an ever changing landscape. In the future, he hopes to find opportunities to share this wisdom with others.

  • ELLA - ROSE KOSICK (AUSTRALIA)

I clearly remember my first yoga class when I was 22. I think this memory persists because I was both nervous and intrigued. Initially, for me yoga was a physical outlet at a time when I was injured from competitive running. After eight months of physical recovery, ensuring I was able to run again, I realised I didn’t want to compete anymore! But something kept drawing me back to these yoga classes; which, in hindsight was definitely the emotional side of my recovery. That ‘something’ lead me overseas to study yoga in Bali in 2016 (where I first met Analu!), and later to India. The philosophy and sacredness of the practice continues to fascinate me and inspire the way I live my life. As a practicing exercise physiologist, yoga has changed the way I treat my own clients- integrating a mindful approach to physical and mental health, and the deeper aspects of healing. I am passionate about sharing through asana classes, meditation and self enquiry workshops, therapy consultations and teacher trainings in Australia and Indonesia.
